Andre de La
Barre is a
highly-respected and well-known special events designer and
coordinator with
nationwide reach and more than 25 years experience designing,
coordinating
and executing success in venus from New York City, Newport Road
Island, Dallas Texas and La Jolla, California.
For most of his
career,
Andre was based in New Orleans. Post-Katrina, Andre and
his team moved to
the safety and beauty of Natchez, Mississippi, while still
maintaining a New
Orleans location to serve long-time clients.

challenging convention
venues to his organization’s credit, Andre has a broad and
encyclopedic
knowledge of the requirements for events large and small.

The 1836 Greek revival building situated
near the end of Main Street in
downtown
Natchez, Mississippi, was originally built as a bank. With its dual side
entrance
steps and four large, fluted- concrete columns, the building resembles a
compact
Greek temple. It is rather appropriate that such a stately building,
which has
withstood over 150 years of activity, should find itself home to The
Columns and
venue for a myriad of special occasions. Andre de La Barre, a master of
orchestrating events, had just such a structure in
mind when he selected Natchez, Mississippi, as the locale for his third
office
